18 Calle Coin is a large one bedroom apartment situated on Nerja Golf, just above Burriana Beach,which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk way.
You enter the grounds via a locked gate which you share with the house above, and then go down a short flight of steps where you will find the front door, situated on a small terrace, where there is also seating.
Once through the front door you come to the large lounge and dining area, with the kitchen set at the back in a open plan setting. In the lounge there is a sofa (which turns into a futon) and two armchairs around the coffee table. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. The TV has Sky (free to air), video and DVD. This light airy room also have a large air-conditioning unit which is large enough to cool the whole apartment. There is also free Wi-Fi in the apartment.
In the kitchen there are all the usual items. kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and fridge.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, consisting of a very good sized shower cubical, toilet and hand wash basin. The washing machine is also house in here.
At the back of the apartment is the huge bedroom, which holds a double and two single beds, with ample room for cots etc. In this room you will also find plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space as well as a dressing table. to the right of the room there are patio doors, these lead out on to the terrace and in turn down to the large decked area surrounding the private pool with BBQ.
This excellent apartment is ideal for a young family or couple, in a quiet location, not far the beach and only about a 15 minute walk in to Nerja. This apartment has a car with it (for extra cost) should you wish to rent it.
