A lovely three bedroomed detached villa in a quiet location, with a good sized pool and terrace overlooking Nerja and the sea.
Upon entering the outside gate, you walk up the path to the front door where you enter a large hallway, just to your right you will find a shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin.
Walking on you arrive in the lovely light dining area leading in to the lounge. The dining area has a solid wood dining table and six chairs, the lounge has three two-seater sofas around a coffee table, there is also a coal effect gas fire for the cooler months. There is free to air satellite system, as well as video and DVD player, however please bring your own DVD's and Videos.
Going back through the dining area leads you into another hall way. Here you find the kitchen on your left. This good sized kitchen has traditional Spanish solid units. It is also fitted out with a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric hob, electric oven and washing machine.
Following the hallway around you come to the first bedroom which is the smallest of the twin rooms, although even this is of a very good size. It also has fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
The next room is the family bathroom, with bath and shower over, toilet, bidet and hand wash basin. There is a fitted heater in here and heated towel rail.
On from here are the remaining bedrooms. The very good sized twin room has fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as bedside cabinets. The exceptional large double bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. In this room there is also a door that leads on to the main terrace. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets, fans and portable electric radiators.
Going out of the large french doors in the dining area and lounge brings you out on the covered veranda and the large terrace with pool. Here you will find a large table and seating so you can enjoy al fresco dining and the views over the whitewashed walls of Nerja, the Almijara mountains and the sparkling Mediterranean. The pool is approximately 7 x 4 meters, and 1.2 m in the shallow end. Down the steps at the side of the pool and around the back of the house is the lovely garden, filled with trees and plants, and 2 lawned areas ideal for football!
