The apartment is nestled in the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens of Oasis de Capistrano, with two swimming pools, children’s pool, snack bar and wonderful alfresco restaurant during the summer months.
It is approached via a few steps and is built on one level being ground floor. It sleeps 4 people, with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room, bathroom, kitchen, gated entrance, terrace and private garden with views over the gardens and to the sea.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and the twin has a freestanding wardrobe. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lights, ceiling fans and doors on to the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed, armchair and coffee table. For entertainment there is English cable TV and a Ipod docking station. There are sliding patio doors leading on to the terrace. At the back of the lounge is the open plan kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and kettle.
There is a covered south facing terrace with table and chairs for 4 people and a large sun terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine. There is an additional table and 2 chairs and ample space in the secure gated garden, complete with shade from its very own lemon tree, sun awning, parasol, bbq.
