There is a gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
The first bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lights and an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table with light and fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and w.c.
The air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom is an added bonus for the hot summer months.
Outside there is a large communal pool surrounded by gardens and there are pleasant walkways between the apartments.
A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Access to the beach is only a short stroll away. There is on road parking outside the development.
